Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, independently or with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions of assigned special programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program activities, timelines, and work plans.
• Collaborate with managers, providers, staff and external organizations to enable program implementation.
• Maintain accurate program records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for management.
• Assist in developing program policies, procedures, guidelines, and operational protocols.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, workshops, and other program activities.
• Communicate program updates and changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures, resources, and administrative needs.
• Identify operational challenges and propose improvements.
• Assist with data collection, tracking, and analysis to evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and laws/regulations.
