Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the implementation and daily operations of assigned programs within a healthcare setting. You will supervise staff, ensure documentation and reporting accuracy, and coordinate schedules and activities to support high-quality care and service delivery.

The role involves participating in treatment planning, ensuring safety policies, providing staff training, and regular meetings with direct reports to support caseload

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with mentally ill or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support program staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate program activities and schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and client progress.
• Participate in treatment planning and quality assurance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and residents’ rights policies.
• Provide training and support to staff as needed.
• Meet with direct reports on a monthly basis, or as needed, to offer support and guidance with assigned caseload, duties and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
