Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs for students with disabilities and uses assessment data to update IEPs.
• Implements specially designed instruction and progress monitoring.
• Assists students in completing curriculum tasks and goals.
• Employs varied teaching methods and adapts materials to student needs.
• Monitors behavior and maintains classroom discipline.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with staff, families, and agencies.
• Stays current with best practices through professional development.
