Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs for students with disabilities; updates them as needed.
• Implements instructional strategies and progress monitoring tools.
• Assists students in completing curriculum tasks and meeting IEP goals.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with staff, families, and community partners.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information in line with FERPA.
• Monitors student behavior and teaches appropriate behavioral strategies.
• Stays current with trends, research, and best practices in special education.
