Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab in speech therapy for patients under physician referral. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Ideal candidates hold an MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or be eligible for CFY, and must maintain current state licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in speech pathology (MS/MA).
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility; must obtain CCCs.
• Active state license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients per physician referral.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Maintain compliance with post-acute care regulations and Life Care standards.
