Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our distribution center in Michigan. The role focuses on preparing, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy, reading pick tickets, and maintaining inventory integrity throughout the shift.

You will operate RF scanners, handle ERP/WMS systems (Epicor 10 a plus), and ensure safety and organized work areas. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred; familiarity with shipping regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience using RF scanners.
• Comfort with ERP and WMS platforms; Epicor 10 experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship orders to customers and storefronts with accuracy and care.
• Read and execute pick tickets, selecting items efficiently from warehouse shelves.
• Confirm stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy during the entire shift.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging before shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments; document and report any inventory damage.
• Keep work areas orderly and follow all warehouse safety practices.
