Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including labeling and required documentation.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse with proper storage and rotation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
• Operate shipping software and maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs.
