Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
3+ years experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; valid certification required.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including training and performance management.
Proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of shipping regulations, HAZMAT procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel.
