Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using forklifts and pallet jacks with valid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with inventory management software (ERP systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and package outgoing products, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against manifests and bills of lading.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
