Job summary

ITC Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Michigan to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, labeling, and routing customer orders while maintaining accuracy and on-time delivery.

The position requires experience with RF guns, forklifts, and MRPs, with a High School diploma and forklift certification preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong safety and teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with UPS and online FedEx systems preferred.
• Proficiency in using MRP systems for shipping/receiving (Syteline a plus).
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification required).
• Familiarity with RF gun usage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against manifests.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Record quantities and movements using RF guns and MRPs.
• Identify and resolve shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments.
