The Pivot Group Network is recruiting for Shipping & Receiving Clerk positions in Hudsonville, MI. We partner with West Michigan manufacturers seeking skilled warehouse staff to verify shipments, prepare orders, and manage inventory efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing environments, proficiency with forklifts, and experience using ERP/MES software. This role supports accurate shipping processes and inventory control on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management software (ERP systems) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare and package outgoing finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies within the warehouse.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Operate MES or ERP software for inventory tracking.
