The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff for Modeling & Simulation and Signal & Image Processing Engineering to lead complex modeling, analysis, and sensor-architecture studies across space, air, maritime and ground domains. A BS in STEM and 4+ years of leadership are required with a current TS/SCI clearance.

On-site opportunities exist in multiple US locations with strong benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.
• A minimum of 4+ years of applicable professional experience leading technical teams and coordinating complex modeling and analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of tracking algorithms, multi-target tracking, and tracking performance assessment.
• Willingness to travel and/or work off-business hours to support customer needs, as required.
• This position requires a current and active TS/SCI clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Lead modeling and analysis studies for complex system architectures with emphasis on tracking performance optimization.
• Develop and implement tracking and sensor fusion methods across space, air, maritime, and ground domains.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and collaborate with management.
• Create and execute analysis strategies using in-house and commercial modeling tools.
