The Aerospace Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff or Engineering Specialist to lead modeling, simulation, and analysis of tracking architectures across space, air, maritime, and ground domains. This role focuses on advancing sensor architectures and system performance through robust analysis tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will serve as technical lead, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvements in modeling and simulation

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.
• 4+ years of leading technical teams and coordinating complex modeling tasks.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required to obtain security clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work off-hours as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead modeling and analysis studies for complex system-of-systems architectures with emphasis on tracking performance optimization.
• Evaluate multi-domain architectures across space, air, maritime, and ground-based components and sensor systems.
• Develop and implement tracking algorithms and multi-sensor data fusion methods.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to team members and develop training programs.
