The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff or Engineering Specialist in the Tracking Architecture Performance Department. The role requires leading modeling, simulation, and analysis for tracking across space, air, maritime, and ground domains, with emphasis on sensor architectures and data fusion.

Onsite in El Segundo or Chantilly with a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.
• A minimum of 4+ years of applicable professional experience leading technical teams and coordinating complex modeling and analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of tracking algorithms, multi-target tracking, and tracking performance assessment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work off-hours to support customer needs.
• Current TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required to obtain a security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modeling & analysis studies for complex system-of-systems architectures with emphasis on tracking performance optimization.
• Evaluate multi-domain architectures with space, air, maritime, and ground components and diverse sensor systems.
• Perform trade-space analyses to balance system performance and identify architectural optimizations.
• Serve as technical lead and primary liaison for projects and ensure technical direction.
• Develop and improve modeling, simulation, and analysis capabilities across the organization.
