Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower students in a vibrant school setting. This contract role supports learners’ growth toward academic and daily living goals, with emphasis on collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

The therapist will conduct assessments, develop OT programs addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care, and participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and staff training to support student participation.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in PA.
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric populations preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students' functional abilities in a school setting.
• Design and implement OT programs addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care.
• Collaborate with teachers, special ed staff, and families to support participation.
• Monitor progress, document findings, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed.
