Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated school-based Occupational Therapist for an upcoming academic year. This full-time contract role serves a single school site, with a caseload of 50+ students and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

You will deliver OT services aligned to IEPs, participate in team meetings, track progress, and provide consultative support to teachers and staff, helping students develop learning, self-care, and participation skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold, or be eligible for, an Occupational Therapy license in Washington state.
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based OT experience.
• Proficient in evaluations, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a large caseload.
• Excellent communication with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as per their IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP team meetings.
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation.
• Provide consultative support to teachers and classroom staff.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment to help students reach goals.
