Job summary

Soliant is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to work in a dynamic, school-based setting as an itinerant provider serving K-12 across multiple campuses. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on a typical school calendar, focusing on addressing functional, sensory, and motor skills to help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy state license required.
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP documentation, goal setting, and progress measurement.
• Ability to manage a caseload across K-12 efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services per IEPs.
• Document progress and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
