Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a dynamic school-based contract near Easton, PA. You will assess students, craft individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support educational goals.

Required are a Master’s in OT and PA licensure or eligibility, with experience in pediatric settings, and strong IEP understanding. This role emphasizes direct therapy, consultative services, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania OT license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience providing OT services in school or pediatric settings.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, educators and families.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ functional abilities in the school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff and families to support educational goals.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and staff training as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and best practices.
