Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support students in grades 5–12 in a full-time contract role. You will deliver services, develop therapy plans, and participate in IEP meetings to help students reach their goals.

Ideal candidates hold OT licensure with school experience, strong communication, and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. Flexible start dates include ASAP or mid-October, with compensation in a competitive range.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in school-based settings.
• Familiarity with IEP planning and documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with 5th–12th-grade students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students 5th through 12th grade.
• Create individualized therapy plans from evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies.
• Engage families to support home goals.
