Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a school-based role near Brooksville, FL. You’ll work with students from PreK through 12th grade to support independence and classroom participation.

You will collaborate with educators and staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure documentation aligns with state and federal guidelines. This position offers a rewarding chance to impact learners across developmental stages.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Florida OT license.
• Experience in school-based OT or COTA preferred.
• Experience with PreK–12 students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT interventions for fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Attend meetings and contribute to student progress discussions.
