Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in a vibrant school setting near Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and develop IEPs to support students across K-12.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP or related field, with active licensure or eligibility, and CCC/CFY acceptance. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to student success.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain.
• CFY or CCC accepted.
• Experience with IEPs, assessments, and developing individualized therapy plans.
• Able to collaborate with teachers, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services and interventions to students with speech and language needs.
• Complete thorough assessments and evaluations to support appropriate educational placements.
• Develop and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district guidelines.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators and caregivers for student support.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment.
