Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based role near Columbus, OH. You will assess and support students to improve communication in collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
ASHA CCC preferred; strong CF candidates may be considered.
Experience providing speech-language services in schools.
Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans within a multi-disciplinary team
Provide direct intervention to students in group and individual settings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
