Job summary

CareScout is seeking a Sales & Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Richmond, VA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will support the Field Team Network and national sales efforts, contributing to outreach and administrative initiatives during a 10–12 week program.

During the internship, you’ll help organize CRM tools, onboarding docs, and project planning, while conducting light market research to aid provider recruitment and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or other related

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales operations by coordinating communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts
• Organizing and updating CRM (Client Relationship Management) tools, outreach trackers, and provider onboarding documentation
• Observing and documenting team workflows to identify ways to streamline processes that support provider growth and sales conversion
• Participating in team meetings and taking detailed notes to support follow-up activities and project planning
• Conducting light market research or outreach to support provider recruitment and regional expansion
• Contributing to quality reviews of customer and provider interactions to ensure a best-in-class experience
• Assisting with ad hoc projects aligned to sales operations, network development, or your growth goals
