PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States.

You will gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations, partnering with seasoned sales leaders to execute business priorities within an assigned territory. Expect to ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze sales, market, and territory data, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
