Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for Field Sales during Summer 2027. You will work in a territory, partner with Territory Sales Managers, and gain hands-on exposure to field sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development.

This 10-week program offers meaningful projects, professional development, and networking with leaders across Commercial. A flexible hybrid work model supports collaboration and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
