PMI U.S. offers a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience across field sales, retail execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within the Commercial organization.

Interns ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth. The role is paid with hourly pay and a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
