Enhabit, Inc. is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation from Licensed Professionals across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. The role partners with branch leadership to educate and support LPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes coaching, improving clinician competency, and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and caregivers to uphold high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with valid license.
• Minimum one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general tech skills.
• Preferred: packet review / quality improvement experience; coding experience.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education and training to LPs.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
