Genex Service LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating treatment plans, collaborating with physicians, employers, and patients to return injured workers to work safely and cost-effectively.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC-recognized case management certification. Travel to in-person appointments is required, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement treatment plans with clinicians, employers, and patients.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor patient care and return-to-work plans.
• Travel to in-person appointments and modify job duties where practical.
• Provide status updates to customers and manage caseloads independently.
