Genex Service LLC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is hiring a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time, hybrid role requires RN licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience, with travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography.

You will coordinate treatment plans with treating physicians, employers, and patients, ensuring effective and cost-efficient care and timely return-to-work outcomes. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience is a plus.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards and best practices.
• Advise and tailor treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and work suitability.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to implement plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to enable early return to work.
• Monitor progress, adjust goals, and manage caseload efficiently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
