ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality care. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication, decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, and supports.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and provide training to ensure implementation.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure strong communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to provide appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and the service team.
