David Weekley Homes in Dallas is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the operations team, including Sales, Construction, Warranty, and Project Managers.

You will process contracts and closings, manage building permits with local municipalities, maintain project files, and coordinate meetings and events. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; JD Edwards exposure is a plus.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle interruptions.
• Drive to get results from vendors, subcontractors, and management.
• Prior experience in residential home building and/or permitting processes is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; JD Edwards exposure is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales contracts and closings.
• Manage/apply for all building permits and coordinate with local municipalities.
• Document, track and report on all building permit and start activities.
• Coordinate meetings and team events.
• Maintain accurate electronic files for each home.
• Pay invoices and utility bills.
• Order supplies.
• Provide additional support as needed.
