David Weekley Homes is seeking a Builder to oversee the entire residential construction process from ground breaking to completion, focusing on quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery. You will lead subcontractors, coordinate with sales and warranty teams, and maintain a safe, organized job site to ensure an exceptional homeowner experience.

The role requires proactive communication, ownership, and a passion for building communities.

Qualifications

• Prior residential production building experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• College degree or related professional experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight of home construction from breaking ground to completion, ensuring on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient delivery
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication, meetings, and walkthroughs
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage 30+ subcontractors while upholding safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty, and Office Team to deliver a seamless building and closing experience
• Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site aligned with company and safety standards
• Monitor budgets and prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports
