Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Builder who will oversee subcontractors and manage the entire residential construction process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through strong communication and ownership.

You will coordinate 30+ subcontractors, work closely with Sales, Warranty, and Office teams, and maintain site safety and organization while monitoring budgets and preparing regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight of home construction from breaking ground to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Build relationships with homeowners through clear communication, meetings, and walkthroughs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage 30+ subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships and accountability for quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Warranty, and Office Team to deliver a seamless building and closing experience.
• Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site aligned with company and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets to control construction costs and prepare reports.
