Job summary

You will help with daily schedules, lead activities, and accompany patients to treatments while maintaining patient care and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator to welcome new patients and support the RCA curriculum in medical records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Proficiency with technology hardware and systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily schedules and activities.
• Lead educational and recreational activities with patients.
• Transport patients to appointments if DMV cleared and on property.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation; support clinical staff.
• Support visitation and orientation processes; maintain confidentiality.
