Responsibilities

• Monitor patient activities and safety; complete shift documentation.
• Provide direct patient care with trauma-informed approach.
• Assist with daily patient schedule and activities.
• Recognize distress and respond promptly.
• Assist with crisis intervention and emergency procedures.
• Communicate patient concerns to clinical staff.
• Process patient belongings for admissions/visits and discharge prep.
• Support visitation and welcome new patients.
• Support recovery-oriented care and 12-step principles.
