EDU-AIDs LLC in Benton City, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with students receiving ABA services, helping them develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while promoting independence.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families; collect data, implement plans, and monitor progress in a supportive educational setting, with supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ASD and ABA principles is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention plans and skill programs designed by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students.
• Collect and maintain data on progress, behaviors, and goals.
• Assist students in communication, social, academic, and adaptive living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff and families for consistency.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the BCBA.
• Maintain documentation in line with school and ABA requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Promote a positive, safe, inclusive learning environment.
