Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA-guided ABA programs. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, while collecting progress data and supporting treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Completion of a 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and competency assessment.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the BACB.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sessions.
• Part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures to promote positive change.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the BCBA during therapy sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision with the BCBA.
