Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans, collect and analyze data, and help clients acquire life skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.
• Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and time management.
• A passion for ethical ABA therapy and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute effective behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training.
• Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required.
