Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with students receiving ABA services in educational settings, helping develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with teachers, school staff and families to ensure consistent behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one and small group ABA therapy.
• Collect and maintain data on student progress and goals.
• Assist students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records per program requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
