The role emphasizes data collection, implementing BIPs, collaborating with teachers and staff, and communicating with families to reinforce strategies at home. Active BACB RBT certification required; experience with ABA techniques preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA techniques and data collection procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and families.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children with ASD or related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide direct care, including communication, socialization, academic skills, and daily living tasks.
• Work with BCBA, teachers, and instructional assistants to review progress.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate client progress to families.
