Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with students receiving ABA services, helping them develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills in educational settings.

The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs, teachers, and families to promote positive behaviors and independence. Immediate start date and full-time employment offered.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students.
• Collect and maintain data on progress, behaviors and goals.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers and families to ensure consistent support.
