EDU-AIDs is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Burbank, WA. You will work with students receiving ABA services to build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while promoting independence in educational settings.

The role involves BCBA-guided plans, direct therapy, data collection, and collaboration with educators and families to ensure consistent behavioral support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with students in ABA settings preferred.
• Strong data collection and progress tracking.
• Excellent communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy.
• Collect and maintain data on progress and goals.
• Support development of communication, social and academic skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers and families for consistency.
• Monitor progress and report observations to supervisor.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
