Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect data on progress using our clinical software.

You will collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions. A passion for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
