Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans and collect progress data using clinical software while collaborating with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
