Job summary

Carry On Therapy in Knoxville, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

Active RBT certification is required at application time, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation to travel locally is essential. We offer full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours, plus growth opportunities and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
