Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress, with a collaborative, flexible, and ethical team.

This role requires an active RBT certification and offers $20–$24 per hour, full-time or part-time hours, plus benefits and bonuses. Candidates should be reliable, able to travel locally, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
