Job summary

Carry On Therapy in Tennessee is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. The role requires an active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with travel to local locations possible. We offer starting pay of $20–$24 per hour based on experience, full- or part-time options, flexible scheduling, PTO, and referral/bonus opportunities. Candidates in the service area with evening availability are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required at time of application.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
