Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is a family-owned agency providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families. We seek compassionate RBTs and BTs to implement plans developed by BCBA, working one-on-one to support clients’ goals in various settings.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and participate in regular supervision to ensure high-quality care. Flexible schedules and strong team support underpin the role.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Demonstrates reliable, compassionate, dedicated care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; builds relationships with families.
• Able to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to clients is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' home, school, or community as directed by BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
