Blue Gems ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent skill generalization.

The role emphasizes a safe, supportive environment and meaningful outcomes for children and families, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
