Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data in our clinical software, working closely with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency of skills across settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Education: HS diploma required; BA in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
